TOGETHER × Quarterback
Reflecting on the build of 88 Wood Street with Quarterback, our real estate delivery partner
We said at the start that 88 Wood Street had to be built properly. Not quickly, not loudly. Properly. That meant finding a partner who understood the difference.
Quarterback was that partner.
As our exclusive real estate delivery collaborator, they worked with us across growth strategy, venue insight, interiors, creative masterplanning and execution. The brief was simple to say and hard to do: turn intention into a building that works. Every wall, every sightline, every quiet decision that nobody notices when it’s right.
“The best spaces come from clients who know what they believe. Elliott and the TOGETHER team had a clear point of view from day one, human-first wasn’t a tagline, it was a design instruction. That clarity made our job harder in the right ways and better in all the ways that matter.”
Cheré Falconer, Co-Founder, QBRE
Looking back at the build, what stands out is the balance. Caution where it protected quality. Innovation where it unlocked a better experience. That mix is the reason the space feels the way it does now that it’s finished.
Quarterback is also a material investor in the business, with Jim Garvey joining our Advisory Board. That alignment shaped how we worked together. Shared responsibility, shared standards, shared judgement about what was worth holding the line on.
“What made this work was alignment at the level of values, not just deliverables. Quarterback are a major investor in our business, which meant every decision was made with the same care we brought as founders. You can feel that in the finished space, and that’s not something you can fake.”
Elliott Sparsis, Co-Founder & CEO, TOGETHER
The building is here now. Designed with purpose, delivered with care, backed by people who knew what we were trying to build. That is why TOGETHER felt different from the first day, and why it still does.

Designing for attention
There is a particular kind of meeting that nobody admits is happening: the one where most of the room has mentally left, the programme is still running, and everyone is waiting for it to end. It is not always the content’s fault. Often, it is the room’s. This is a harder argument to make than …
Ten venues in ten years
The first venue is not the plan. It is the proof of concept. TOGETHER opened Level 1 at 88 Wood Street mid-April 2026. Club 88 on Level 12, housing three Aether meeting rooms and a Club Lounge and Terrace, follows in September. And then, if the model works the way it is designed to, the …
