We can’t deliver a human-first experience for our clients if the people delivering it don’t feel genuinely looked after themselves.

That means fair pay, reasonable hours, and the kind of working environment where people have what they need to do their jobs well — and the headspace to actually enjoy them.

We’re building out our people policies formally and will publish them here as they’re confirmed. What we won’t do is publish commitments before they’re embedded in how we actually operate.

The question we ask of every person who joins TOGETHER isn’t only whether they can do the job. It’s whether they notice when something is off. Whether they act without being asked. Whether hospitality is something they naturally extend, or something they perform.

The space is only as human-first as the people running it.

Every member of the TOGETHER team is trained to stay present, solve quietly, and hand off cleanly. When something needs saying, it gets said directly. When something needs fixing, it gets fixed before the client notices.

That standard starts internally — in how we manage, communicate, and hold each other to account — long before any event begins.

The people commitments we make don’t stop at our own team. We expect the same care and standards from the suppliers and partners we work with.

That means asking the right questions before we sign contracts, not after. Responsible sourcing, fair treatment of workers throughout the supply chain, and relationships built on shared values — not just competitive pricing.

TOGETHER is built around a core in-house team who handle everything from event delivery to hospitality, AV and day-to-day operations. They’re not contractors brought in for the day – they’re the people you’ll actually work with.
