Ten venues in ten years

TOGETHER’s plan for London and beyond

The first venue is not the plan. It is the proof of concept.

TOGETHER opened Level 1 at 88 Wood Street mid-April 2026. Club 88 on Level 12, housing three Aether meeting rooms and a Club Lounge and Terrace, follows in September. And then, if the model works the way it is designed to, the plan is to open ten venues in central London in less than ten years.

That is an ambitious target. It is also a considered one.

“It’s transpired that we are the first brand new meeting and event business out of the ground in the last 20 years.”

ELLIOTT SPARSIS

What the model requires

Scaling a venue operation is harder than it looks from the outside. The thing that makes a venue good, the quality of the people running it, the operational systems, the relationships with suppliers, the culture that produces consistently good events, is also the thing that is most difficult to replicate at pace.

Growth at the wrong speed produces venues that carry the name but not the standard. TOGETHER’s plan is built around roughly two venues per year over five years. That cadence is deliberate. It allows the team, the systems, and the culture to be built properly at each new location rather than stretched thin across an expanding portfolio.

Beyond London

The ten-venue plan is a London plan. But it is not where TOGETHER’s ambition stops, International markets are in the frame. The same conditions that make central London a strong market for a human-first venue operator exist in other major cities: dense concentrations of corporate clients, an incumbent operator landscape that has not changed significantly in years, and a buyer who is increasingly willing to pay for quality and accountability rather than just availability and price.

The international expansion comes after the London model is proven. That sequencing is intentional.

What mid-April proves

Every element of the growth plan depends on what happens at 88 Wood Street. If the first venue demonstrates that TOGETHER’s model produces better events than the alternatives, the commercial case for the next one, and the one after that, becomes significantly easier to make.

If it does not, the plan is just a slide.

That is not a reason to be nervous. It is a reason to get the first one right.
