What we look for
We don’t hire for competence alone. Competence is the starting point.
What we’re actually looking for is the person who notices when something is off before anyone says so. Who acts without being asked. Who finds the solution before the client knows there was a problem. That instinct, hospitable, calm, proactive, is what makes TOGETHER work. It can’t be trained from scratch. We look for people who already have it.
