Our story
When we started, we asked ourselves a question.
What does it take for people to actually connect? What does the room need to feel like? What does the team behind it need to believe? What gets in the way, and how do you remove it before the day begins?
TOGETHER is the answer we arrived at. A space designed for human energy. A team built around care. An operation where nothing is outsourced and nothing is left to chance.
We spent years working in events and hospitality, watching what worked and what didn’t. We saw the gap between ambition and experience. Between what a meeting could be and what it usually was. And we decided to build something around closing it.
Team
TOGETHER is shaped by an experienced team with deep roots in hospitality, production, operations and design. We are calm under pressure and precise by nature, with a shared focus on making complex moments feel seamless. Our role is not to be visible, but to make things feel easy, so the people in the room can focus on what they are there to do.
What is the story behind TOGETHER?
TOGETHER was built to do events differently – independent, values-led, with everything in-house and a genuine commitment to impact. It’s not a hotel venue or a blank box for hire. It was designed from the ground up to be something people actually want to be part of.
Who is the team at TOGETHER?
TOGETHER was founded by Elliott Sparsis and Declan Cassidy, who between them bring decades of experience across meetings, events, and venue operations. Elliott was previously CEO of Cavendish Venues and head of UK at Convene. Declan spent 14 years at etc.venues, followed by time at ExCeL London and the Clermont Hotel Group.
The wider founding team includes Rosy Morgan, who leads commercial operations, Tiernan Redmond, who heads commercial and partnerships, and Emilie Lashmar, Creative Director.
On the ground, our venue team covers event delivery, hospitality, AV and operations, they’re the same people you’ll work with from first conversation through to the day itself.
Is TOGETHER independently owned?
Yes. TOGETHER is fully independent – not part of a hotel group, chain or corporate venue business. That independence is part of what makes it different.
