Careers
We’re building something. Come and be part of it.
What we look for
We don’t hire for competence alone. Competence is the starting point.
What we’re actually looking for is the person who notices when something is off before anyone says so. Who acts without being asked. Who finds the solution before the client knows there was a problem. That instinct, hospitable, calm, proactive, is what makes TOGETHER work. It can’t be trained from scratch. We look for people who already have it.
What it’s like to work here
One team. One roof. Everything in-house. That means less fragmentation and more ownership. You’ll know the space, know the clients, and know that what goes out reflects directly on the people delivering it.
We take the work seriously. We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We’re building our people policies properly: fair pay, considered working conditions, and a genuine investment in the people who make this what it is. More detail will be published here as those policies are confirmed.
To understand more about how we think about people, read about our approach on the Impact page.
Current Roles
We don’t always have open roles listed here. When we do, they’ll appear below. If nothing is currently listed and you think you’d be a good fit, we’d still like to hear from you.
Chef De Partie
TOGETHER is a human-first space designed for how people come together. Built on hospitality, clarity and care, we create the conditions for connection to happen properly. Calm on the surface. Rigorous underneath.
Food plays a central role in how our space feels. It supports focus, energy and conversation without ever demanding attention. We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie to help bring that food to life, section by section, with precision and care.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll help support the quality, consistency and rhythm of everything that leaves the kitchen. You’ll support the kitchen team, assist in preparing thoughtful seasonal menus, and ensure food service supports the flow of meetings and events. This is a hands-on production role for someone who values simplicity and understands that great food is as much about restraint as it is about creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food daily to high standards of preparation, presentation and service
- Contribute to the design and delivery of seasonal, considered menus for corporate meetings, conferences and private events
- Support the senior chefs with food costing, budgeting, stock control and supplier management
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations
- Work closely with the events and operations teams to accommodate dietary requirements and client preferences
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations, optimising workflow and efficiency without compromising quality
- Maintain equipment, standards and cleanliness across the kitchen
About you
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Kitchen Assistant in a high-quality hospitality or events environment
- A calm, considered approach when working with colleagues and other departmental teams
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance
- Organised, disciplined and comfortable working across multiple events and formats
- Someone who cares how food supports the wider experience, not just what’s on the plate
Why join TOGETHER
- Be part of a purpose-led brand redefining food and hospitality in professional spaces
- Work in a considered, design-led environment where quality and care matter
- Join a small, experienced team that values clarity, collaboration and doing things properly
- Have the space to cook with intent, restraint and seasonal focus
If you believe great food should feel effortless, supportive and quietly memorable, we’d love to hear from you.
